Kanhaji, I want You near me

Kanhaji,
I want You near me all the time. I want You with me all the time. Sometimes I have to do scary things and I need You with me, sometimes I experience happy things and I want to tell You about it. Sometimes I need to talk to You because I love You. Thank You for Your presence in my life. Thank You for helping me to realize that I can talk to You and worship You whenever I want, wherever I want and I dont have to be afraid to do so.
Kanhaji, please help me to help others to realize how great Your power is in our lives. How amazing it is to feel like You are there all the time. Kanhaji, please help me to be a good person, someone that others can depend on, someone they can look to for guidance, love, hope, protection. Kanhaji, help me to be a good person and a kind person. Help me to find someone like You to spend the rest of my life with. Kanhaji, I have stopped worrying too much about these things because I know that in the end only the person You have chosen for me is the one I will be with, and it will only happen at the time You have chosen.
Kanhaji, please protect the people I love and care about and please help everyone reading this to realize that all it takes to be accepted by You is talking to You and worshiping You.
Jai Shri Krishna!

Protecting us effortlessly

Kanhaji always protects us easily when we ask Him to. Take for instance the picture I have added - Kanhaji holding Govardhan mountain on his baby finger for days on end to protect the people of Vrindavan. He does it with a sweet smile and without ever complaining. He will always protect us when we need Him to, when we ask Him to. I think that people forget just how much love He gives us daily and how much he offers of Himself to help us and keep us safe. Sometimes we dont listen, we dont ask, but He is still with us. And so we must remember to thank Him. Often times I find myself praying and asking Kanhaji for something. But, when the thing is fulfilled - my wish, my hope, my dream, I sometimes forget to thank Him immediately and when I do remember I feel ashamed in thinking about how expedient I was in asking for His help but not in thanking Him for helping me.
We must all remember to ask Kanhaji for His help in our lives all the time - we should not pray only sometimes, according to a saying I heard 'Pray just once a day - from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed'. I love that saying because it's so true - to be happy, healthy and safe always we must continually talk to Kanhaji and ask Him to be with us all the time - not just some times. This is why we must make an effort to ALWAYS do the right thing. Yes it is a difficult thought, to be good all the time but with His help we can do it and never do the things that we know we will be ashamed to admit to Him. Then, we can truly talk to Him all the time and tell Him what we are doing always.
Jai Shri Krishna.

Kanhaji keeps us safe

This morning on the road I had a few tense minutes because all the drivers around me were driving pretty crazy. There were police sirens behind and everyone was trying to basically outrun the police so that they wont have to pull over. People took a lot of risks and I was getting a little scared. I decided to say a prayer to Kanhaji. I asked Him for His blessings on all of us on the road this morning. I asked Him to keep us safe, to guide all the drivers and to help them make the right decisions on the road and for the rest of the day. Of course I am safe now and so you know that my prayer worked. So, whenever I feel scared or in danger I pray to Him and I think that you should do the same. You will be amazed at how calm you feel when you realize that the situation is now in God's hands.
The picture I put up is so cute. Its Kanhaji sucking his toes like any baby would. Children love to do this. And its such an adorable thing when they do. The picture truly reminds me of how God is in all of us and I have heard the saying many times before - children are blessings sent to us from God. How true that is, and God Himself came to us as a baby and till today there are so many of us who enjoy looking at pictures of Him in this form and worshipping Him in this form. Hope you like the picture! Till next time Jai Shri Krishna!
